POLICIES

Due to the handblown process, all sizes and shapes are approximate. Each item is unique and made to order and therefor we do not offer returns or refunds. Please inspect your items upon arrival.  Esque must be notified of any discrepancies or issues regarding the condition, finish, or quantities of the items in your order within 10 days from the date of delivery.  If you do not report damaged items within 10 days from delivery, these items will not be eligible for any replacements or refunds.   Please keep the shipping boxes and original packaging with the damaged items so that we can file a claim with the carrier.   

If you are unhappy with the quality or look of your order please email customerservice@esque-studio.com and we can work with you to resolve any issues. In some circumstances we will allow a return for a studio credit in addition to a 15% restocking fee.  

LEAD TIME

Every piece is made-to-order. Most orders ship in 2-4 weeks, plus 2-8 days for shipping.  Lead times can vary depending upon the time of year, size of the order and availability of parts. If anything extends the lead time of your order beyond four weeks we will notify you.  If you would like to rush your order or have a deadline please let us know prior to placing your order so we can confirm our ability to ship in time. Rush orders will have a 10% rush order fee. Please Email customerservice@esque-studio with any questions.
