Trade Orders
Design professionals are invited to open a Trade Account, enabling simple uploads of resale certificates for eligible states, order tracking, multi-cart management, and self-generated, shareable quotes. Projects—large and small—are easily organized, revised, and approved collaboratively between clients, designers, and the ESQUE team. For all inquiries and assistance, our studio is ready to partner with you for a seamless experience.
Trade Quotes
Quoting is intuitive and transparent at ESQUE. Log in to your Trade Account, select your pieces, and add them to your cart. At checkout, input your shipping zip code and select a shipping method—your preferred pricing and discounts are instantly applied. Quotes are saved to your account for personal reference or instant sharing with collaborators and clients.
Global Orders
Glass travels beautifully across borders. ESQUE ships worldwide—please specify local voltage requirements (such as 240V models) when ordering for international destinations. Our team prepares all export documentation, yet import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. Drop Shipping
ESQUE will accomodate drop shipping with all required details. Please make sure to contact us prior to any drop ship to ensure accurate shipping detail input.

ESQUE Standard Orders
The majority of ESQUE products are Made to Order, as such we like to say each item will be blown, finished, packed and shipped to you in 2 to 4 weeks. If you have special concerns or wishes to Rush process or ship, please let us know immediately when ordering and we will contact you to let you know if we can feasibly meet your needs.
ESQUE Custom Orders
Every ESQUE piece is made-to-order from our Portland studio, ensuring you receive glass shaped solely for you. Lead times may shift with order scale, time of year, or technical requirements—rush orders can sometimes be accommodated, so please inquire early and note special deadlines in your ESQUE custom project intake form.
ESQUE : Glass Care & Maintenance
General Care
Each ESQUE piece bears the mark of the artist. Hand-blown glass should be cleaned gently—remove shades, polish surfaces with soft cloths, and avoid chemical or abrasive cleaners. Metals, ceramics, woods, and finishes evolve with time; our downloadable care guides provide specific recommendations for longevity and beauty.
ESQUE Lighting: UL Approval
All ESQUE Fixtures are UL approved. For commercial needs UL listings will be provided for $150 per fixture.
ESQUE Lighting: General Specs
With the exception of the Liason Lamp, ESQUE Lighting is not shipped with a bulb. Max Wattage for ESQUE fixtures is 60W and bulbs should be textured incandescent or clear filament. You many use LED bulbs in your fixtures if they are E26/E27 rated as ESQUE fixtures are.

ESQUE Shipping Policy
You may dive deep into our shipping policy here. Most items are made to order, however a few are in inventory at any given time and we'll do our best to ship those to you with all deliberate care and speed.
ESQUE Warranty & Return Policy
You break it, you bought it! Seriously, it's kind of the way it has to be. We personally make sure your piece is the way it needs to be according to our standards before we even think about shipping it to you. If it is damaged in transit, we'll just be remaking it for you anyhow. Returns are not accepted. Our formal Warranty & Return Policy is here.
ESQUE : Miscellaneous
Will my ESQUE piece look exactly like the pictures online?
Chances are it will look pretty close. Every piece of glass we create is unique however and color density and hue will vary each time we create a new piece. It will be authentically one of a kind!
Can I visit ESQUE's studio?
You may arrange a visit to the studio by appointment, please visit our contact page to do so.
Is it possible to get a color sample before I order?
Yes, Color samples are available for $100 per color and shipping cost.
Does ESQUE sign their work?
We do sigh each piece we create with the exception of our lighting.
How does ESQUE handle authenticity?
We do issue authenticity certifications for lighting. Otherwise, our signature is proof of authenticity.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
As a matter of course, no. We do not accept returns. Custom creations go through an approval process to make sure of the decisions made. The vast majority of our items are made to order so we simply can't return to inventory. We want you to be happy however and in unique circumstances we may be able to help in a color swap or otherwise. Please contact for assistance.
